Questions

Good to know

Still unsure? WhatsApp us and a person from our team will reply.

What is bilona ghee?

Ghee made the traditional way: milk is set into curd, the curd is churned with a bilona until butter separates, and the butter is slowly cooked into ghee. It takes longer and needs far more milk than making ghee from cream, which is why it costs more.

What is the difference between the three ghees?

Buffalo ghee is rich and grainy, great for everyday cooking. A2 cow ghee is lighter and more aromatic. Gir cow ghee comes from our Gir cows and is our smallest batch.

How long does it keep?

12 months from packing if kept closed in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use a dry spoon and finish it within about 6 months. No fridge needed.

Why does the ghee look solid, grainy or liquid?

Ghee changes with temperature. It sets solid and grainy in the cold and melts in the heat. Both are normal and the taste does not change.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Not right now. We take prepaid orders only, by UPI, card or net banking, through Easebuzz's secure payment page.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in India that our courier partner reaches. Most cities get it in 3–7 days.

Taste the difference in one spoon.
