Gir is an Indian cow breed known for its A2 milk. A Gir cow gives far less milk than other cows, so this is our smallest and slowest batch. We make it exactly like our other ghees: curd, bilona churning, slow cooking, sealed in glass. Ask us on WhatsApp when the next batch is ready.
